Kettlebells lay the groundwork for all my personal training programs. A single kettlebell is sufficient in helping you achieve a full body workout and does not take up a lot of space. As you become more advanced, you will learn to perform “grinds” and “ballistics” that will promote your overall strength and cardiovascular fitness.
As as qualified SFG and RKC instructor, I am able to teach kettlebells safely to any age and ability. Kettlebell training will prepare you handle more traditional strength training equipment, and build a solid foundation for more advanced training such as Olympic Lifting.
