I enjoy training with Clubbells immensely. They become an extension of your arm and allow you to safely train through “6 Degrees of Freedom”. This phrase was coined by mentor Coach Scott Sonnon, and is applicable to all types of movement and athletic activities.
Clubbells also allow me to teach you the Kettlebell Swing as well as build grip strength and stability in your joints and limbs. They will open new doors to your mobility, stability, and flexibility that you cannot reach using machines or traditional free weights.
