Yoga allows my clients and athletes to focus on their overall posture while promoting mobility and stability in those positions. By introducing the Clubbell, weight and resistance allows you to become more aware of what your body is doing in “free space”. I want you to “own” your posture.
Clubbell Yoga was created by yoga and Clubbell mentor, Summer Huntington . It is a fusion of vinyasa flows and Clubbell Training and promotes “active recovery” in a your personal training program. I teach classes at Fairmount Rowing Association.
